What You’ll Do

•Design, run, and analyze growth experiments across paid, organic, social, referral, and product-led channels.
•Optimize acquisition funnels, from awareness to activation to retention.
•Collaborate with product, design, and community teams to align growth efforts with launches and campaigns.

What You’ll Bring

DevOps Engineer

We’re looking for a DevOps Engineer to build and scale the infrastructure behind Blaze Labs. You’ll be the backbone of our deployment pipeline, ensuring uptime, speed, and reliability as we grow. If you love automating workflows, optimizing cloud costs, and keeping systems running smoothly under pressure, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

•Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for fast, reliable deployments.
•Manage and scale cloud infrastructure ( GCP or similar) for high-performance streaming.
•Monitor system performance, set up alerts, and respond to incidents to ensure 99.9%+ uptime.
•Automate infrastructure management with tools like Terraform, Ansible, or Helm.
•Collaborate with engineering teams to improve developer workflows and productivity.
•Implement security best practices, backups, and disaster recovery processes.
•Optimize infrastructure costs while ensuring scalability.

What You’ll Bring

• 3+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering.
